🛑 Cancellation Policy

At UniqueExplore, we strive to ensure a transparent and user-friendly experience for all our customers and creators. Below is our official cancellation policy.
🔹 1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed, shipped, or downloaded (in case of digital goods).
- Custom-made, personalized, or perishable products cannot be canceled once processing has started.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@uniqueexplore.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
🔹 2. Order Cancellation by UniqueExplore
- We may cancel your order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical issues.
- Orders may also be canceled if found fraudulent or not complying with our verification checks.
- In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
🔹 3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
🔹 4. Digital Products
- Orders involving digital downloads or instant access products are non-cancellable once delivered or accessed.
