🤝 Creator Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all creators (“you”) who use the UniqueExplore platform, operated by Suraj Sen. By registering as a creator, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register as a creator on UniqueExplore.
- You must provide accurate identity and payment information during registration.
2. Content Ownership & Licensing
- You retain full rights to your original content (images, videos, text, designs, products, etc.).
- By uploading content, you grant UniqueExplore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, promote, and display it on our platform and affiliated media for promotional purposes.
3. Platform Commission & Earnings
- UniqueExplore deducts a service fee (commission) from each successful transaction. The current rate is visible on your dashboard.
- Payouts are processed weekly or monthly, depending on your plan and selected payout schedule.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings as per your local laws.
4. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Items
Creators may not upload or sell content that includes:
- Illegal, violent, pornographic, or hateful material
- Copyrighted content you do not own or have rights to
- Fake, misleading, or misrepresented listings
- Products that violate Indian law or community standards
5. Creator Responsibilities
- Ensure all content is original or properly licensed
- Respond to customer queries and complaints (if applicable)
- Deliver accurate product listings and descriptions
- Comply with platform policies and Indian law
6. Account Suspension & Termination
- UniqueExplore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any creator account found violating our policies, or engaging in fraud, spam, or harmful behavior.
- Creators can voluntarily request account termination at any time via email to support@uniqueexplore.in. All pending orders or payouts must be resolved first.
7. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are managed by the platform. In case of disputes (product not delivered, defective, or misrepresented), the amount may be refunded to the buyer and deducted from your next payout.
- Repeated refund requests may lead to suspension.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- Your personal and payment information will be used only for platform-related purposes, under our Privacy Policy.
- You may not collect or misuse buyer data under any circumstances.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
10. Updates to Agreement
UniqueExplore may update this Creator Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
